Leigh Ann Vernich is a Senior Manager in the State and Local Tax group. Leigh Ann has diversified multi-state tax experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, logistics, retail, hospitality, and technology.
Leigh Ann manages multi-state tax consulting efforts, including nexus studies, research, reverse sales tax audits, audit defense, and voluntary disclosure agreements. She also assists clients with business licensure, process improvement, and tax risk management.
