Leisa is the Director of Growth for LBMC, working with a wide array of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate, construction, technology and private company leaders and high worth individuals.
With her career of over 25 years at LBMC she has a deep understanding of LBMC services and her leadership, business acumen and communication skills help her quickly identify issues that result in improved performance and positive outcomes for clients.
Leisa is the lead that brings the appropriate resources and team members together to solve problems and help clients excel in both compliance related matters, as well as growth strategies.
She has chaired the regional economic development council and works with companies looking to relocate to the region. The Nashville Business Journal named her a Woman of Influence. She serves on various boards, and has received numerous national and international business and achievement awards, including being named the industry’s Marketer of the Year and Hall of Fame member.
